Not every situation needs a call-out within the hour. We say so plainly, even when it saves you a night call-out.
We come out
Pumping out, replacing a pump, making the installation safe: we restore the situation first and deal with the cause afterwards.
We secure it for the future
Once the emergency is over, we propose what will stop it happening again, without selling you more than you need.

How quickly do you come out?
It depends on your location and the time of day, but we give you a realistic time on the call — never a promise we could not keep.
Does a night call-out cost more?
Yes, as everywhere in this trade. We explain how the pricing works on the phone, before setting off, so you decide with full knowledge.
What should I do while waiting?
Cut the power to the flooded area if you can do so safely, close the main stopcock in case of a leak, and lift whatever can be lifted. Do not go down into a cellar where water is reaching sockets or a consumer unit.
